This Privacy Policy outlines how IGX handles your personal data when you visit our website or participate in our events and games. We comply with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL – Law No. 27 of 2022).

Information We Collect

• Website Visitors: No personal information collected. Basic technical data may be processed automatically for security purposes only.
• Game Participants: Email and username submitted voluntarily — used only for leaderboard display and prize winner contact.
• Ticket Buyers: When you purchase a ticket through IGX's own ticketing system, we collect and store: full name, age, gender, nationality, email address, and phone number. We also store your order details (ticket type, quantity, total amount, order status and number). This data is required to process and fulfil your ticket order and for event entry verification.
• IGX Card Maker: When you download a card you created using the IGX Card Maker tool, we automatically save a copy of your card image along with the name and description you entered. We also record your IP address, browser/device information, and the time of submission. This data is used solely to populate the public Card Gallery (after manual review and approval by IGX staff) and to prevent abuse. No card will appear in the gallery without explicit approval.

How We Use Your Information

• Display rankings on the game leaderboard
• Contact winners for prize distribution
• Process and manage your ticket purchase, payment status, and event entry
• Contact you about your order (confirmation, payment, or event updates)
• Display your IGX Card in the public Card Gallery (pending admin approval) and prevent spam submissions

No marketing, third-party sharing, or other purposes.

Third Parties

• Analytics: IGX does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools.
• Payment Processing: Ticket payments are processed by Midtrans. When paying, the necessary payment details are shared with Midtrans solely to complete your transaction. IGX does not store your card or bank account details.

Data Storage & Security

Buyer and order data is stored securely in IGX's own systems with access limited to authorized IGX personnel. Deleted or anonymized after the event concludes.

Your Rights

• Access — Request a copy of your data
• Correct — Fix inaccurate information
• Delete — Request deletion when no longer necessary
• Withdraw Consent — Stop processing and delete data
