• Tickets are purchased through IGX's own ticketing system at tiket.igx.co.id.
• To complete a purchase you must provide: full name, age, gender, nationality, email address, and phone number. This data is stored by IGX to process your order and for event entry verification — see our Privacy Policy for details.
• Payments are processed by Midtrans. Ticket orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. IGX may cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Leaderboard & Prize Rules

• Email and username submitted after game completion may appear on leaderboard.
• Submission is voluntary and only used to identify winners.
• IGX reserves the right to disqualify false or offensive entries.

5. Content Ownership

• All content is intellectual property of IGX and/or partners.
• No copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Unlawful use of website or games.
• False information or impersonation.
• Hacking, damage, or disruption of systems.
• Interference with contest or leaderboard integrity.

7. Disclaimers

• Services provided "as is" — no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
